Dude why bother with a mobile version? ...it's not like you update this blog often enough to be like "hey I gotta check the latest updates on internetling while I ride the bus!"

What motivation does someone who is on-the-go have to visit a site that updates maybe every 2 weeks... if not a month?

Maybe worry about getting some daily or even bi-weekly content on here and possibly some type of forums and then there would be something worth tuning into on a mobile basis.

Not trying to diss on your blog I visit it a few times a day and every time I do I hit myself for wasting the bandwidth... like wtf, I'm obviously excited enough about the stuff you're posting that I'm checking for new content several times a day even tho I KNOW it's never gonna be new except on the rare, bi-monthly occasion. Why you gotta make me waste my bandwidth man?

We were thinking about making a mobile friendly store too. Unfortunately, it cannot be solved with a plug-in, it will include quite a lot of custom coding.

@jezra: exactly, though currently I managed to shut down all the ads.
The URL is not unique, but you can set one I believe, by default mobile devices are auto-detected and the mobile theme is then shown.

Does the internetling mobile version have a unique URL or does the plugin do some sort of browser detection?

According to the GPL ( http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html ) you are free to modify the code, which means you can remove the "sponsorship" from the code.
