Oh and maybe just one not-so-important note: for those who prefer a variant of the program without the installer (I call this type of program a "non-setup" program) over the variant that requires installation procedure, go to <a href="http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html">this page</a> and see below where it says: "<em>Windows 7zip (identical to the above but without the installer)</em>" (of course, that's a link only for Windows OS) Greetings, Tadej Wow, thanks much for sharing this info, I am also a big fan of VLC for years!!
